We suggest you try to figure out if there are any financial grants or help available for someone in your position.
If you can’t afford to give up work and head into full-time education, don’t worry.
You can check out an online MSW program and explore gaining your teaching qualifications through online lectures and support. It’s not too expensive to study online and gain what you need from the comfort of your own home.

Maybe right now you’re happy in your chosen field of work, but you feel ready for more responsibility.
Or maybe you feel like you’re due for a pay rise.
Either way, it’s time to look into a promotion within your company – or consider looking for a better job outside of your company.
Write a detailed account of your attributes. Include the reasons you feel you deserve to get a step up the ladder in your current job at your company – or somewhere new. Chances are as you work on your CV you will feel more confident in the skills you have to offer. This renewed confidence will help your power of persuasion when you’re in the room asking for a raise or promotion.
Employers often prefer to hire from within and keep their team for long periods of time.
If you’re in a job you enjoy and excel at doing, then you’re already halfway there regarding your suitability for a promotion or a raise.
Be proactive! Take as much action as you can now so that the year ahead will turn out to be your best working year yet.
