Every day you’ll receive a message to massage your spirit–Or feel free to use my “mood” list – to find an inspiring poster that will help to heal whatever’s ailing you!

I’ve also made it easy for you to share the instant peptalk love with someone you know who might need a quickie jolt of joy!

Plus – there’s a super-fun feature – where you can create your own personalized motivational posters – merging my inspiring headlines with your awesome photos! Press “Surprise Me!” – and you’ll definitely feel there’s some happy order in the chaos of your life – and/or you’ll just get a good giggle.

You can see some the posters created by people I don’t know who are using INSTANT PEPTALK  up on my PINTEREST PAGE in a folder I’ve begun – to collect and share them. Basically, my INSTANT PEPTALK app users merge their photos from their cellphone’s camera with my headlines – either choosing the headlines themselves – or pressing “SURPRISE ME”!
