When feeling challenged, do things which bring you joy, call people who make you feel joy, appreciate what’s joyful in your life alreadyy, remember joyful events, plan more joyful activities, read joyful books, look at joyful photos, think joyful thoughts, say more joyful words outloud, aim yourself where the joy is!

Aim yourself throughout the day at things and people and thoughts and habits which brings you joy!

Whenever angry feelings about a person who’s harmed you enter your mind, tell yourself:”We’re all good, loving souls who occasionally get lost.”
Pray for any person who has harmed you to find the clarity to see the error of their ways and grow as a person.
Recognize that their misbehavior is a sign they’re operating from a place of lowerconsciousness-and that this misbehavior area is their particular area in which they need to grow.

Instead of looking back, slapping your forehead and asking:

… try to swap that question for the kinder, gentler question of:
“WHAT WAS I LEARNING?”
